[i ahve checked hte incentives if you dnt know now they have to provide the incentives the only incentive which was provided for 3165k was house stamp duty and carpets!!now i dnt knw how you can say that it comes to 20%,if you knwo your maths 20% comes to 62000 pounds and satmp duty and carpet dnt cost 62000!!and the other 2 houses wer sold without any incentives as prices had been knokde off considerably..i.e they dinot have carpets as well!!which my hosue does:rotfl: ]and i am not looking to sell it i am looking to get a better mortgage deal!!1
