Can anyone tell me if there is a free and simple way to fix 'osenxpsuite2007.ocx on my laptop or should I get it done by a technician

Using your mouse, click on the "Start" button and then click on "Run".

regsvr32 \windows\system32\Osenxpsuite2007.ocx

if that does not work then try

regsvr32 /u\windows\system32\Osenxpsuite2007.ocx

and then

regsvr32 \windows\system32\Osenxpsuite2007.ocx

you may need to change the

\windows\system32\

part with the location of Osenxpsuite

ie

c:\programfiles\osenxpsuite

Thanks for replying Browntoa. I've just tried all those and it can't find it. I've tried the search and can't find it either

Try again but this time showing hidden files

Revealing hidden Files
Please set your system to show all files.
Click Start, open My Computer, select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.

originally thought it was spyware and posted the malwarebytes script , then found that an assumed it was a problem with the file registrstion

No luck, it still can't find it. I think I need to take it to the shop. Thanks anyway
