Barbie 'Magic of Pegasus'

Folks,

I'm furious with Mattel for duping myself and my wee 5 year old on her Santa present. Their packaging gives kids the wrong idea of what is in their boxes.

On the box there are clearly 2 figures (Barbie & Ken I presume !) who stand in the middle of the set up. However on opening the package there is no sign of either figure. The tiny writing on the side of the box which discusses accesories makes no mention that the figures are an optional extra.

I want to complain bitterly to Mattel however what chance do I have against a big multi national company like Mattel who I'm sure are well used to these types of complaints. ?

Anyway rant over - apologies.

WHat did it say you were getting?

I've googled this range and it is a number of different dolls so oyu should have the name of which one you were actually buying.

Sorry, hate to say this as it does say that the dolls are not included on the box and in the adverts. Anyone who buys Barbie knows they don't sell the dolls as well and you have to get these separate which is hy they sell them in different outfits and the like. I got the Magic Cloud Kingdom for my daughter (£30 in the sale down from £75) and am more peeved about the cheap plastic and paper rubbish it contains (Would have been REALLY annoyed if I had paid original price!!) but it is obvious the dolls are separate really. They are the Magic Of Pegasus Dolls, Princess Annika and Rayla and a price as well but don't know what his name is. Rayla is £5.99 in argos at the moment (post on grabbit board) so quite a steal as they were £20. We bought Annika for £12.50 and my daughter hardly touched her after going about her months. Barbie is overpriced cheap plastic tat in my opinion, I only buy it is in the sale!!! However, little girls love her, right and this is how Mattel make their money.
