Oh happy day..i just had an email from PP asking me to fill in a survey on thier service.:eek: .needless to say i went to town on it, i gave all the comments we have discussed on here,and they scored very low from me..did anyone else get it?

I got one as well.... Told them clearly and objectively (maybe!) what I thought of their decision to reverse transactions after supplying them with tracking id for items sent and email from customer saying they were happy with the goods. Yeh, right! Mind you, to be fair they did listen to me when I threatened them with CID for committing fraud against me by not letting me have my money... they suddenly decided they would send me my money after all... funny that!In the probably unlikely event that I actually post something of use to someone, an ickle vote of thanks would be much appreciated, in fact I might frame it and put it up on the wall next to my cycling proficiency certificate
