My OH has been playing around with the desktop pc and now the internet wont work, it comes up with the warning 'Can not find btballoon.dll' on start up. We have BTyahoo broadband with a BT voyager 250 ADSL router.Can anybody help?

Its the BT Tooltip Routine Direct Link Library File, Basically Reinstall BT Software.
And tell OH to leave things alone

he needs to unistall the Bt software from Add/Remove Programs and then do a fresh install
and as intel says, tell him to stop deleting things
