How to copy a VHS from one to another?

Hi everyone,

Was just clearing out my old VHS collection with some of the sports events i've taped off TV a long time ago. The VHS cassette's are pretty old so I was wondering how do you set up 2 VCR's to record footage off a playing video cassette onto another?

I do know it's possible but just don't know how to do it or set it all up

many thanks!

  • The picture qualiyt will really suffer if you copy to another VHS tape. In this day and age, you are far better going for a digital copy solution - either DVD recorder or computer. Oh and to connect 2 VHS machines a fully wired scart to scart lead will suffice - cost £5 to £10 for a decent one.
