Natwest savings account card?

Yesterday I went to the Natwest, and they asked me if I had a savings account with them, which I do and then they asked me if I'd be interested in a savings account 'card' that would boost my interest rate.
The bloke behind the counter said there was no monthly charge, but he had nothing on paper that he could give me, which immdeiately roused my suspision that it was a probabaly yet another duff Natwest product that they were having some trouble flogging.
Does anybody know what it would be, and have any info about it before i get the sales call next week?
thanks

Sounds about right. Not the best interest rate but better if you have the first reserve already.
If you want a decent rate from natwest it has to be the e-Savings, I am afraid.Kavanne
Nuns! Nuns! Reverse!

Cheers, I figured as much. When he said saver account, I'd assmued he was talking about the e-saver I've already got, given that he should have already known what products I'd got having served me.
Looks like it's just their first reserve account which is pretty dismal as far as interest goesSaving for overseas vacation

Hi there, may I just ask about NatWest e-Savings - just opened it to bung the iceberg in but there's no login or password info to set up when I opened it.
Does this come in postal paperwork?

Working fine for me at the moment.Mmmm, credit crunch. Tasty.0 -
Natwest downtime is awful. It's not maintenance, it's because RBS are too cheap to invest in proper IT systems.
Has anyone also noticed that none of the links in their FAQs work? You find the question you want the answer to, click on the link, and you get "this page does not exist".
Thanks a bl**dy lot, Natwest.0
