Why are you on here asking questions before talking to the seller? For goodness sake do things in the appropriate order!

Are you just looking for a problem, because at this point you don't really have one.

I rather ask before for potential problems to be ready to act, rather than wait and see and come and ask here when things go wrong and be told " you should have done this or you shouldn't have done that".

You are not forced to post on my thread. Your post is useless to anyone.

    Get a life?

You are the one needing to get a life, you have received the incorrect item. But you want to pick a fight before you do anything else.

    Here is what you do:-

    1. Contact seller and explain the problem. Seller will in all proability apologise and offer a refund upon return. They can only refund the total of what you have paid via Amazon. If they are worth their salt they will refund the balance via bank transfer.

    2. If they do not offer refund then you contact Amazon and return the item and Amazon will refund once you have proof of delivery.

So stop trying to make this into some big drama when it in all probability a genuine error.

Do you need your hand held before you make any decision?
