transfer film from psp to pc

we have a film on a 1gb stick on our psp we want to keep the film but use the memory for other films how do we transfer the film from the stick onto the pc, i know how to do it the other way ie from pc to stick , i just cant find away to get the pc to recognise a film on the stick it just recognises saved stuff off games etc......
