Microsoft Encarta Gone?

I have Microsoft Encarta on my PC but it now says (empty) i.e. there is nothing there. The program seems to have been erased.

I haven't erased it and I don't think any of my family know how to use add/remove programs.

Any ideas how this could have happened?

We have used this program regularly for daughters homework. But looking now it just isn't there anymore apart from being listed in All Programs.

Was It trial software? Just reinstall if you have it on disk... Usually User error
if things just happen to dissapear.. A family memeber could of done it by mistake.

If using XP just make sure they have restricted accounts.

I downloaded it just last week from Encarta site after losing it to a reformat.
