Goldfish to Barclaycard Goldfish problem

If you were switched from a Goldfish account to Barclaycard Goldfish then check
your bill.
There was a problem setting up my DD payment. I was notified by post and told
I'd be charged £12 (returned DD) for this. I phoned up they refunded this
without being asked.
I paid off my bill and asked them to check I wouldn't be charged interest.
However, on getting my next bill I noticed there was a second £12 charge
(for late payment) AND I hadn't got any loyalty points.
Another phone call got that sorted out as well.
Barclaycard were very helpful BUT you need to check the bill properly to
spot all the bits you may have lost.

also having problems on the same issue and having made a call was informed that it is in fact quite common for ex-goldfish customers and that 'it would all be sorted out for me'. Which of course it isn't and am now receiving more nasty letters and fines relating to their own administrative inadequacies. Why are the customers expected to devote their time to call 0870 numbers to rectify this problem?
Have cut my card up and am taking my business elsewhere...0 -

I was a bit annoyed with what happened but, to be fair, they dealt with
my problems pretty well.
I'll give them a chance for now.
If you go to 'saynoto0870.com' you can find an 0800 number to phone them on.
(I used the 0800 028 2360 number, then option 2 - I think)0
