Egg Money Manager. Have you received your £10?

Happy New Year everyone

I installed Egg Money Manager on 30th November, and secured messaged Egg to say I'd not received the £10 just before Xmas - they replied it would be in my account by 31st December - it isn't, nor is my OH's who did exactly the same as me.

What about other MSE's, have you been paid, and how long did it take?

Installed EMM at the end of November and added only one CC account closed soon after this. £10 credited on 15th of Dec.

About the same date mine was paid.

Installed EMM on 16 November and £10 was rewarded on 15 December.

It can take up to 6-8 weeks like it did in my case. As it was free I didn't moan, particularly when you take into account the Alliance and Leicester £50 debacle which appears to take months. Don't forget we've also had our fair share of bank holidays which may have caused a glitch.

Egg put my £10 in a defunct egg card account which I couldn't access. A brief secure message from me outlining their mistake ensured it was moved to my Egg money card within two days.

As they have not technically kept their word about the dates I would send another breif secure message. Bet that will do the trick!

I've messaged them and they don't know what's happened! - It'll sort itself out in time I'm sure - I just thought it worth asking what others have experienced.

set up moneymanager end november - no sign of £10 - anyone else had to chase it up

I set mine up early jan.. nothing yet.

set mine up last week and saw they had written in T&C's the £10 would be credited to the account by 28th Feb
