Just a quick email to confirm that the Kent Reliance Building Society appear to have (today) closed (or "sold out") their 6% pa fixed interest 1 year term account which was featured as a recommended savings account on the MSE website.
Having just received my savings from the FSCS via Icesave, I have been trawling websites trying to find the best fixed interest deal to lock into. Clearly these higher rate accounts are having cash pumped into them so quickly they close within a few days!!!!!!!

As long as Kent Reliance Building Society receive your completed application form and cheque by the next Friday 28th Nov they will open the account.
