Absolutely brilliant.

Our washing m/c died - we needed a new one; did some research, plumped for a Miele, put it into pricerunner. Co-op wasn't the cheapest, oh no, they were a whole £1 more expensive than the cheapest BUT their offer included free Rapid Delivery. We ordered on the Wednesday evening, were emailed on Thursday morning to be told the m/c would come the following morning (which we'd asked for); they rang us on Thurs evening to say it would come between 10.30 and 12. At 10.20 on the Friday morning, the machine was delivered. Honestly! Ten minutes EARLY:rotfl:
Will definitely be using them again -
Thankyou, Co-op!!

I used this site last year. We ordered a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and they sent the wrong one. They sent one that was more than £50 more expensive. I phoned up and was told it was no problem, it would be picked up the following day (which it was) and they'd send out the correct one. The Dolce Gusto machine was delivered the following day. A few days afterwards the original wrong machine was sent back to us. We got 2 coffee machines for the price of one!
I'd recommend them too!
Plus, if you have a Co-op membership card you get points added. 0 -
I bought a washing machine from them. The price was £100 less than in John lewis (only other place that stocked this exact model) and the guys were brilliant when they delivered it... they accidently loaded my old one on the van that i was going to put out for the council .. i hadnt paid for the take away of the old machine but they said 'oh our mistake we will take it and you wont be charged' BONUS saved me dragging it down the end of the driveway for the council.
Very quick easy transaction - really cant fault them and i am a fussy customer!Debt free May 2016 (without the support of MSE forum users that would never have been possible - thank you all)0 -
