Bunny you have to do whatever feels good for you. Personally I could never do the run/walk thing. As soon as I walk thats it can't get going again. I just built up very very slowly and was patient that at the start I was only getting about 5 mins running in total! Amazing that I can run for 2+ hours now.
Hope Aunt flo keeps at bay now, I too am aunt floing but isn't effecting me at the moment (apart from being a mardy cow )

I just keep this mental image in my head (mental being the operative word) of being at the finish lines with everyone at the RunforAll and being so proud I've done it-it keeps me going! I also can't wait to see my family's reaction in June when I see them!

NAGH - yes, but tonight she was awful. Every high note was like a really sharp yodel! She's Simon's little pet though and he sees her as a money making machine for the top shop wearing crowd so he'll have to keep her in. He said 'there were shaky bits - but they made it good!' :rotfl:

I only saw it once and it drove me mad. Why does she insist in singing with that horrible Irish-esque voice? Not that I dislike an Irish voice, far from it, but hers just seems a little too contrived for my liking.

Yum, eggnog...my Mom always made hers-it would be kept outside in the porch in big plastic milk bottles, the rum added generously!!!
I always got to her her make her Christmas cakes as well-my job was to cut open the dates and put a shelled walnut into each then she lined the bottom of the tins with those...I love Christmas.
