It was ok, I wore gloves and a fleece. Feel much stronger, but still not able to go long distances actually JOGGING. I did what the lady at the gym AND my DH suggested and did 1 min walk, 1 min job (DH did this training whilst in the army AND at FF training school, apparently, it's good for increasing lung capacity?)
can't stop wheezing/coughing though. Belly feels better and I didn't leave my womb on the floor-which wouldnt be so bad anyway, lolEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
