Cavity Wall Insulation

Options
I moved into a new build property in 2005 (development originally planned in 2001). With Powergen we have been offered some money back to have Cavity Wall Insulation installed.

Does anybody know whether new build properties already have this installed or even require this?

I would be most surprised if it didn't already have cavity wall insulation.
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.
  • Why not take an air vent cover off and have a look? Also put your hand down the cavity in the loft.
    Cash ISA rate 6.5% fixed for 2 years. Mortgage rate 0.75% = 5.75% profit on £75K = £4500 per year:j
