ICESAVE have caughed up but where to next?

I've probably been one of the first to get my almost£13k from my Cash ISA. I note that Abbey have a great 7% AER ISA but I can foresee huge problems trying to get this money moved in. I am still awaiitng my Interest free Certificate from FSCS, but does anyone know who are accepting case from the dissolved ICESAVE Accounts.
