Can you advise me as to who you booked your apartment thru??

Me and the fella want to take his mum in the summer, an apartment could be the perfect solution.

    Thanks

The owners speak perfect english. Note that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift, although its not as bad as it sounds !

The apartment is also advertised thru https://www.oh-barcelona.com but it is more expensive on that site

Loobs40, how I agree with your assessment! You seem to have gone to the same places as us (Camp Nou, Parc Guell, Cablecar, Sagrada Familia etc) and also come to the same conclusion as us about Las Ramblas. I did like the market just off there though.

We also used T10 tickets, the airport bus, and ate Menus del Dia at every opportunity. I just wonder how we didn't bump into you! :rotfl:

Walked our bl**dy feet off too

I thought the food markets were amazing. The amount and quality of the fruit, vegetables, fish and meat made me very jealous when I think of what has happened in the UK with the big supermarkets taking over basically providing us with less choice and lower quality fresh food.

I've used www.rent4days.com in the past to book an apartment in El Born, was very nice and suited 6 of us for a weekend perfectly, customer services was very good, also ask for a discount, I did and got about €40 knocked off.
2p off is still 2p off!
