Just received Credit Expert report - need help!

I just got my Credit Expert report (Experian).

There is nothing adverse on there but there is simply nothing on there. The only thing reporting on there is my HSBC current account and even that has not updated since 30th September 2008.

How often do lenders update with the CRAs? I thought it was every month? Or is it just from time to time?

Also, how come my my o2 phone and my Lloyds Current Acc with overdraft do not report to Experian? It's not that I have any previous addresses or anything. I am really confused.

I also looked at my Equifax and Callcredit reports. Equifax has nothing on it at all. Callcredit has got my HSBC and Lloyds accounts on it but HSBC and Lloyds have not updated since 30th September there either.
