Nokia 8600 Luna- faulty

Just a question really, bought this phone as an upgrade in September 07, became faulty in Feb08 and was sent away(took 21 days) its now got the same fault and they (cpw) have sent it away again to be fixed.
Anyone tell me about inherent faults and the SOGA.
Can they just keen "repairing" it or do i get a new one?

Cheers

  • You were lucky they sent it away for repair again seeing as it's over a year old. They could have asked you to provide them with an engineers report to prove that the fault is due to a manufacturing defect but they haven't so I would be grateful for the repair.I would imagine that it'll be very unlikely that you would get a new phone.
