Cheap Quality Chocolate

I went into my local Woolworths (Shrewsbury) this weekend only to be amazed at the price of the chocolate.
They had 300g of Milka Chocolate (made by Kraft) - i believe it is from Austria, but i normally get it from France.
Quite a few different types, Milk, Choco-Swing (biscuit), Hazlenut and Raisins and possibly more, for only 99p for 300g. That is cheaper than I normally buy it when i am in France.
The store i went in had boxes of them, absolutely loads (around the tills and on shelves). The expiry date is fine on the ones i got - around 30/09/2006 !!!
It is lovely chocolate, and a welcome change from cadburys and mars (galaxy).
Also they had their Chocolate Lindt Reindeers half price (£1.14) so i got a few of those :P
Seems i may need to be going to the gym more often
Cheers

Have you tried the chocolate in Lidl???
Before xmas I bought 5 bars at 59p each for 200g!! and it went very fast indeed. This is for all types as well!!! I have been told that these are their normal prices,so I have been back and bought some more,,,,so that seems a much better deal than Woolies!!!!!0 -

We have some English friends out living in Spain and have to send them what they call decent chocolate (Galaxy) because they don't like the rubbish sold out there ... which is Suchards and Lindt .. SIGH ..
