For a while now i have been feeling quite ill and other symptoms, but it turns out it could be the insulin that i'm on.If this is true, your link could have changed my life, as a type this im printing out the relevent info to take to my Dr. This is the best freebie ever!!

Thanks for this. My daughter was diagnosed age 2 (she is now 6).
There aren't many great things about living with T1 Diabetes, so it is nice when a group makes an effort to make our kids feel special.
The website is also really helpful, so top spot0 -
Thanks i have just sent an email - fingers crossed my son will get a goody bag ( along with his little brother). He is now 5 but was diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic at 15mths - he is brilliant and takes everything in his stride.
Its a lovely idea what this group is doing. Hopefully it will raise awareness and hopefully a greater understanding of Type 1 Diabetes.0 -
Thank you. Although I don't have a child with diabetes my wife is training to be a children's nurse and will therefore have use for the websiteI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0

I have a son now 13 diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 4 years ago now and this seems a great offer for him and his sister ( makes a change she usually gets annoyed she doesnt get the freebies). My niece 13 is also a type 1 diabetec and my 38 year old sister too.
For the mums with new diagnosed children there is a free boy or girl teddy bear to teach about injections at this link here from Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, you also get a book and loads of other goodies from them to explain about diabetes also DO NOT try abusing if you don't have a child with diabetes. We received our bear a long time ago and a pack.
Feel free to IM me if you want to chat about diabetes I have a website of my own with a page about my family and diabetes on my homepage.Officially a self proclaimed GEEK0
