Goods Not Received Possible Credit Card Chargeback

I am new to this forum and think that this is in the correct place, if not please feel free to move.

I placed an order last week with Falcon International (falconsat.co.uk) for an aerial amplifier costing £20 and paid an extra £8 for next day special delivery. I rang them on Tuesday as I had not received it and got straight through (on a mobile number) and was told it would be with me on Thursday this week. It never arrived on Thursday so for the last 2 days I have been trying to ring them but they do not answer. I have also sent a couple of emails but get no reply to them either.

I have also done a bit of googling on them and the reviews are very mixed.

I know that it is still early days and it is only £28 but do I have any chance of getting my money back from the credit card company (NatWest MasterCard) if I never receive anything?

Any help much appreciated

The credit card company are not jointly liable below £100.
They may help you but I think it's at their discretion.

I am also having problems with this company to the value of £185. I ordered on the 23rd June next day delivery and I am still waiting for the item. If you ring them they don't answer and the don't answer emails either. I am pursuing this through my CC company as they have taken the money and not dispatched item. This company seems to be a farce to say the least, they have a bad rep on some review sites, I just wish I had know this before hand.

Hi I canceled on the 29th June but they still took the money on the 1st July. They did not reply to my cancellation email. The bank is hopefully going to get money back as I paid via cc Master card. They are a drop ship company they don't stock no items so they have to order themselves. I have this info on good authority.

Finally got through to these cowboys on the phone yesterday. Told them I was not happy that I still have not heard anything from them regarding my cancellation of order and no refund. They simply to me my order was dispatched,(which it still says on site awaiting fulfilment) and that I would not be getting refund. I ordered this on the 23rd June for next working day special delivery. Then heard nothing from them. I mail them on the 26th and 27 and then again on the 1st July telling them since they obviously have not got the goods to dispatch to please put the money back on my credit card. They did not reply to any of them. So the chap on the phone yesterday said no refund. I rang my cc and they told me that if it does turn up to refuse it at the door and dont sign for it. They are a drop ship company and very rude on the phone to say the least. Hopefully people will look at reviews before spending money like I should have done and stear well clear of this company.

Never use a dropship company!!!, they are just small resellers
