Another letter from Iqor

Okay so you have help us before, this is the previous thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=15430713#post15430713

We sent a prove it letter & today got a letter back about their investigation. They have sent us out a few pages of what it meant to be printed statements. These statements have my partners old address and insurance number on they & they are to prove what he owes.

So heres my question, shouldnt they have some sort of proof that he took these out??? I mean i could type these statements up myself about anyone given i had their name and address. I thought when they sent proof it would be a copy of a form he had signned and you would see his signature?

He doesnt remember taking them out & if he has then we will pay them off, that said its Christmas, i dont want to be handing out money we arent meant to be handing out.

What should we do now??

Thanks in advance for all for help.

I would tell them that then, since it doesn't sound sufficient to me.

Can you check (anonymously or not) with DWP etc what paperwork should exist as proof?
