Confusing Scottish Hydro Letter / Bill

I became a customer of Scottish Hydro in about March. I received my first gas bill from them on the 23rd of July stating my Gas would be £121.60. So I paid this however, I am now due for my new bill but have been sent a bill saying my bill from 19 March to 21 July has been recalculated so I know have to pay an extra £82.99. Is this right?
I'm a bit confused as they have sent my new electricity bill, but not my gas bill, and they have sent this letter instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Presumably the previous bill was based on an estimated meter reading whilst the latest bill/letter is based on an actual meter reading taken on 21 July.
Have you checked the 2 meter readings? Estimated is denoted by a (E)0 -

Yeah both are actual readings and on the letters, it states these readings are based on actual readings.0
