Comparison service - changeover date

It's time for me to change supplier, but I won't get the full discount from my previous supplier if I change before 21/2/06.
Does anyone know whether, on any of the comparison sites, you can specify a date you do not want to changeover before so that I can maximise savings.
Last year I requested a change of supplier on 3 Jan but the move wasn't completed until 21/2! Ideally I'd like to organise the switch as soon as possible, but request that the changeover date is 21/2/06 or as soon after as is possible.
