Podcasting Software - Any recommendations?

Now that BBC are trialling podcasting of some programmes it might be a good time to look into this facility.

There's always itunes.

But It's a bit bulky. I decided to get rid of it a while back and have just been manually downloading them.

If you stick the podcast feed address into Google Reader, it shows the shows as regular feed items except for the fact it provides a flash player
