Landsbanki Lex Life Equity Release Scheme

If anybody is caught up in this disasterous scheme please let me know. An action group has been started in Spain to try to eliminate the possiblity of reposessions caused by the failure of the scheme to perform as sold. There are, aparantly over 700 investers in Spain who face the possibility of losing their homes because of the Landsbanki collapse. The more people who join the action group then the stronger it will be. Any comments or advice from financial advisers etc., would be most welcome.

I am in this scheme in France with Lex Life Luxembourg, and have just been notified that our fund is being taken over by Jupiter. Information is vague but I would be delighted to hear from anyone currently suffering with this fiasco.

Hi,
Just spotted your reply to my posting regarding the above thank you. A couple of action groups have been set up in Spain. It is felt the Landsbanki and their financial advisors acted illegally in offering this product and steps are being taken to fight this out in court.

I don't think either of these groups will be helpful to you because your property is in France, but if you want more info on them just let me know.
