  • I called the number and someone did call me back 4 days later but then told me than the local salon listed on their website in my area is no longer participating and all they could offer me is a back massage 25 miles away at "school kicking out time" so no tlc for me

If you can make it cheaper do so. If it's not reduced, in Primark, off ebay or free I can't have it

Hmmm! Have got to empty my bag of flour to get the voucher - pizza for tea tonight I think! Will then be phoning - I'll be very disappointed if they can't fit me in somewhere, I was planning on a manicure and a facial - paying for one myself - so I wonder whether this will make a salon more flexible?

Thanks to the OP and also to the person who posted the alternative to the 0870 number.

I'm still waiting for my call back from the bookings team - how long did it take for you to receive yours?

I spoke to TLC today and they've now extended the offer until the end of 2006 - apparently all participating venues/salons are booked up until March at least, and asked me to call back in early March to book ahead. Good luck if you have any!

    Hi
after waiting about a month i got a call back from the company dealing with the promotion. After checking she said there was nothing at all available in my area so as an alternative she would offer me a free pass for two films at VUE cinemas. That was no use either as none of them in my area either ( And I live in a city!!!). However she then offered my a night in a hotel for two , the only condition is that we buy our tea and breakfast in the same hotel. Think I can manage that !! :j

I've called them twice and never got a call back so I called them for a third time and got a very prompt reply. The bookings team called back within an hour and I now have a manicure booked at a local salon :j . So a little patience required, but a free manicure can't be bad!

When I rang a month or so ago they told me everything in my area was full until the extension (from 1 April), so I rang back yesterday and got a return call today.

Now I'm going for the same as amfiroda, because the only thing available in my area is a manicure (I reeeeelly wanted a massage..) - waiting for hotel info in the post :)
