I really can't see the point, we just put our twins used nappies in a small pedal bin lined with supermarket carrier bags. This gets emptied once a day or, if a little whiffy, twice. Must say the wheely bin does pen and ink a little after two weeks but we don't spend much time sniffing it so it's not a problem.
