Tommy Tippee Nappy Wrapper - Bargain at Tesco's

I saw quite a few at Tesco's today reduced from 29.99 to 7.99. I don't have any little ones, but thought someone might want such a bargain.
This was at the Lowestoft store, but I should think that would be throughout.
Hope this helps.

Happy New Year.

Having just had a baby a few weeks back, we have one of these and they are a god send, and £7.99 is well cheap.0

Only a bargain if you can stand the smell..... not everyone thinks these are good.

We have one it smells 100 times better than those horrid nappy bags with perfume in them (retch). Each nappy is contained in a twisted section of bag, hence hermetically sealed. And easy to dispose of too, but be careful not to throw away the little plastic arms insided these are essential to the operation. This signature is not mine!0

What smell? Ours doesnt smell in the slightest. Maybe it's cos our babies poo doesnt smell too bad just yet!0 -
it's our second baby, and don't think this is 'must have' buy for little one. refill for this wrapper is not cheap, when you can get these perfum bags just for a £1 if you need it, they good for out and about

But you need to buy - THIS IS A GOOD PRICE to payHave you got something to share - Do it.

IMO they are a waste of money, the cartridges are expensive for what they are.....we have always used bags and empty them into the bin daily....better than these itemsStevie Coppell's record breaking blue and white royal army - championship winners 2005-60 -
£7.99 is cheap for this item as its usually about £25. But as the mum of a 1 yr old who in the last year has needed as many as 14 changes in a day! I wouldnt have one if they GAVE them away. If you want to save money - (and you wouldnt be here if you didnt want to)....dont bother with this contraption. It's just another way to screw money out of new parents (the refills cost a fortune!) and just another item that you agonise over whether it would be essential - when it's anything but. I'm all for anything to make new mum's n dad's life easier, but these things don't IMO they just cost a lot! Better off with a £2.50 bin from tesco and a few packets of value nappy bags!!0

they are the worst things ever. They are always selling at a reduced price because no one buys them. You'll Never Be Rich Working for Someone Else0

i agree...they stink...use to have to use sissors to have to cut the last bag to empty it...and its still something that needs to be emptied everyday cant see the benefits of the whole system myself...me personally i would suggest putting it straight in a nappy bag and then straight to the wheelie bin...auntywalker2 wrote:Only a bargain if you can stand the smell..... not everyone thinks these are good.

Hi,
We used one no problem until the baby went on to solids ( Thank god I developed Broncitis and lost me sense of smell).
Plus points are :- No smell... No messing about with bags....No having to stick the nappy outside in the middle of the night.
Negagives are the cartridges are £10 for 3 and each cartridge lasted about 3 weeks.
So will cost about £50 a year plus purchase price to run.
The bad thing was the white bits that grab the nappies have all fell of now so is a bit useless!
Best Regards
