Paypal Problems

Happy New Year Everyone!
Can I ask a quick question about Paypal. I set up the account before Xmas and I have received 3 payments. The balance showing is correct but one persons details are not showing in the account overview. I have spent ages phoning paypal and all they say is to wait another day for it to refresh!
I have cleared cookies and the cache and waited 4 days now. Is this usual. I thought if someone paid thier details would appear sooner.
Paypal says its ok to send the goods as the money has been sent but I will have no record of it in my account.
Any ideas?

since the balance is correct, it shows youve got your dosh which is the main thing.
It could be you cant see the transaction because your looking at the overview. Try clicking on the "view all transactions" link.0
