Hi there
i sold tickets for a gig in 3 weeks time, still expecting delivery,i said this in the auction and also payment within 5 days however not a bean heard, the e-bayer sells tickets himself and its astonishing no contact even if its a case that payment is made when i get the tickets.
My question is these where old 9th november and i have sent an invoice and a reminder, also requested contact number which i have.
I have never left negative comments for anyone and even though i now can;t am happy to give benefit of the doubt, not sure if phoning up the buyer is a wise move
any suggestions?

Way past time to open a NPB dispute. Assuming the tickets sold on 9th Nov...? Sorry, your post isn't very clear on that point. My TV is broken!

hi
auction ended 9th november
my question would you allow another week as i dont want to sell elsewhere and the buyer coming back to me and leaving neg feedback
would it be wise to ring as i have the contact details?

Don't fret about negs - if the buyer deserves a non payment strike, let them have it.
Ring if you want. But make sure you give them a strike if they don't pay.My TV is broken!

i have filed a non payment dispute, does this mean they will place a strike on the account, still a bit wary of giving the ebayer a ring.0

If they fail to pay in 7-8 days or so, you will be able to give them a strike and get your final value fees back.My TV is broken!
