I see the bank of santander share price is plunging towards the rights issue price ala all the other banks that announced a rights issue. How long before it's lower?:confused:

UK share holders will not get a chance to buy the additional shares unless it is under subscribed. What they will get is the chance to but shares at whatever the current price is in December.
