Ryaniair Have Cancelled My Flight!

Hello all
I was due to go to Riga on Mon 8th December, I got an e-mail today from Ryanair saying they have had to change my return flight from Weds 10th to Fri 12th December and therefore I am entitled to a full refund. Fair enough. Obviously this has messed up my hotel booking with Expedia, so I'm going to have to cancel my stay, but Expedia charge £13 for cancelling/changing bookings - as I have no travel insurance (I was going to book it this week) but would Ryanair be liable for the £13? I know I can hear Micheal O'Leary laughing as I type that but I don't see why I should have to pay for their cancellation?

Couldn't you stay for the extra couple of days?
Incidentally, I doubt whether insurance would have covered this outcome, and I am sure that thirteen pounds would not justify the hassle of making a claim. (You would spend more than that on contacting Ryanair to get the written confirmation that the insurance company would require.)0
