Description/picture not matching item sent...advice please

Hi,
i was the only bidder on a 4 season berghaus jackets priced at £250 rrp. I won the item at £99 and was over the moon. However, the item sent is not 4 season berghaus, but another berghaus jacket worth £139 rrp. After emailing the sender, he refused a refund, so what do i do please?
I got the jacket check by 'blacks' in birmingham. The thing is, the picture he put up and the Description was of a 4 season berghaus, saying it was a 4 season berghaus, so its his fault. HE had 64 postive feedbacks, with no negative.
Please advice me what to do.

How did you pay. If Paypal, open a dispute. That should attract his attention.

Open a paypal dispute for item significantly not as described. Did Blacks give you a written statement as to what the jacket actually was / was not ? that would be your evidence. Seller has to respond. You will have to send the item back at your cost by FULLY TRACKABLE SIGNED FOR MEANS and paypal will get your money back if the seller has any in their account. If you paid by credit card through paypal and you do not get a refund then you do a chargeback through you CC provider.
