Dossing Rules - just something from TNT, a magazine catering towards Aussies, Kiwis etc in the UK. Print em out, show em to the guy and tell him to shape up, or ship out!

They are pretty fair rules though. We've used them in a couple of the sharehouses I've stayed in, and generally people are pretty accepting of them.

I think this is the best idea - then he will get an idea how much he has cost you over the period of his stay.

I would add a number 11 though 'Stay more than a month and you've oustayed your welcome';)

I second the idea of giving him a shopping list and sending him out for it. I'd also when all 3 of you are around divide the gas bill by 3 and let them know that a cheque this week to you will be fine, and you will sort it all out, thank you very much
