3. Closing date for ALL entries is 08/12/2008.
4. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of E. & J. Gallo Winery Europe, Lindt & Sprüngli (UK) Ltd, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
5. Entries submitted through third parties or agents will not be eligible.
6. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. There are 20 prizes to be won, each prize is a gift box containing 1 x 750ml bottle of Gallo Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon and 3 x 100g dark chocolate bars (70% cocoa) of Lindt Excellence.
8. No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of the specified prize. Prize is non-transferable.
9. The prize winners will be drawn by an independent person on 09/12/2008 from all correct entries received and notified by telephone and/or post within 14 days.
10. The prize is subject to availability.
