Hello
Fairly new MSE here wondering if you wise people have any advice?
I booked flights to Dublin for 2 adults and 1 child for next year (took advantage of 1p flights). When I tried to book I received a pop up box which said that we would have to check in with infant (fair enough) therefore costing money and recommended that we do two separate bookings. So I did just that (which in fairness did save us money as this flight was only 2p as no bags, online check in, sorry and £8 with cc charges which are fine)/
I received confirmation numbers for both flights and thought fantastic....however...we hadn't received an email for the single flight only the adult + infant flight.
I called today and was told that the booking did not go through as the card was declined! At no point was I informed of this when booking.
I have now looked at the same flights and yep you've guessed it they have gone up in price.
Is there anything I can do other lose my money for original flights or bite the bullet and pay for the new flights to ensure we all fly together?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

Trying to save money but it's hard when there's so many sales on!

im confused!, if you recieved 2 confirmation numbers for both flights then then you have made 2 bookings, the email not arriving is not important as long as you have the confirmation numbers.
try your confirmation numbers in the manage my booking on the main ryanair page and see what happens.0 -
I've tried that but to no avail. Only the first booking appears...The nice (hum) man at RA insists it's because the card declined although he managed to give me the name of the passenger so I'm more confused now...!Trying to save money but it's hard when there's so many sales on!
