Hello
Has anyone ever used the above site? I ordered some stuff on 11 November, and they claim to use 24 hour delivery service - I still hadn't received it by 14 November, so I emailed them, no reply, I have since emailed them another two times with no reply and tried their telephone number, which is never answered. I contacted my bank who said that the transaction was paid to a an office stationery company called 365 interactive, which I've never heard of, and appears to be some sort of web design company. I have confirmation emails from Soho Lingerie for my order and payment. Anyone have any info on them?
Thanks.

365 Interactive frokm what I can see are a web building/hosting company, strange though that they come up on the payment though. The Soho website was only created in June this year. The person that registered the Soho website also registered the 365 interactive website in July this year. He also owns some 60 other domains all registerd this year. One big thing is their free helpline order number, when put into google comes up with loads of totally different companies, seems a bit of a scam to me

if you paid by credit card, I suggest calling your card provider.Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?0

I have had the same problem, I have been waiting for my goods or credit since the 14th Nov. I emailed and called the number daliy and never got any response.
Today, I managed to get through via another one of the companies ( print cartridges ) and spoke to KATH 01352 735 100, she actually promised a credit. I also complained to the SecureTrading web site they take the CC payments they have also contacted SOHO on my behalf. www.securetrading.com

i have contacted them via email

also i have contacted them via the enquiry form sayin i am now going to involve the police, but still no reply.
Mrs arkright, did u ever recieve your goods?
i have tried to call kath on print cartridges number, but i have had no answer!
thanks0 -
Hi,
Did anyone actually receive any goods? I have also fallen foul to this scam!!!
Just contacted the credit card company!
Beware that they appear with different company names and websites. I think all the websites 'featured' at http://www.365interactive.co.uk/ are actually fronts for the same scam...
see here for example: http://www.blagger.com/db4/company_id/3369/companyname/Printcartridgedirect.com.html
I contacted securetrading (payment processor) also by phone & e-mail, although polite were of no help really. They don't seem to be too bothered about this guy with his multiple accounts with them (as he was described to me by them!)
Only wish i did a search about them before i ordered! :mad:0 -
Hello,
I was told about forums from my credit card company, when i rang them today to see what i could do about my order to this company.
I was interested to hear the others experiences with Soho-Lingerie.
Mine is very similar, ordered some goods, which have not arrived, and no-one answers the telephone.
Then i got an email from Kath Rodgers, from a company called Printcartridgedirect.com saying the item has not been dispatched as the item is out of stock.
When i sent her an email asking if the email was meant for me, i got a reply saying You placed an order with us for some lingerie, order no.**** on ****.
So, i did well to get that far, but no-one has replied to my emails since.
I was also told by my credit card company that the company comes up as 365 Interactive!
No, i haven't recieved my order, but after 30 days i can claim my £ back.0 -
I ve had exactly same problem. I have put a dispute in with the bank to get my money back which you can do after 30 days. If you call your bank and ask for the fraud department explain the situation and they will claim all your money back for you and they will also get charged an extra £15 I think. :T0

I'm going to selflessly spend some time looking carefully through the site and see if I can spot any clues in the photos that might help with this problem.0
