It's the Title Plan you want to download first, then if it looks like it might be shared (different coloured lines mean different things) then spend the extra 3 quid on the title register as well.

Cheers. I was wondering which one to download.
    Haven't purchased it yet.

I fell out with my neighbour over a shared drive. They used to park right on the "line" but that meant I had to park 2 ft away from the line for door opening, access etc. They were fitting 4 cars in the drive and I could barely manage 2 (drives were exactly the same size). There view was that as they weren't over the "line" - it was fine. They were too thick to realise that if they parked on the "line" I couldn't park anywhere near the "line" so effectively losing lots of drive.

I effing hated them over this for being thick and have sworn never to buy a house where I share a driveway - people are too selfish

2 cars in a 2 car port in my case. And one in the garage.
There is easily enough room to get out of his drive even if I parked so he could only just open his garage door.

If the boundary line is found to be straight down the middle i'd put a fence or wall up along here and stop the grumpy git from using your land. If he cannot get out or in then he's got to adjust his own garden.

I know it sounds a bit petty but if this guy is moaning at you and he's using you land to get out and in then he deserves it.
