Anyone thinking that our Customer Service in British Banks is generally poor,please check this. We went to renew a 12 month savings bond with ICICI,on their promise of high interest rate to act now. Registering on site failed.So on phoning to register,were told all was now set for new Bond.Nothing showed,so phoned and…

I have never phoned them but when I used the secure communication on my account I have always had a quick reply. Apart from a minor irritation at opening a hisaver account, which was sorted pretty quickly I have never had a problem
