new review for incapacity

I had to fill in an IB50 a couple of months ago luckly i passed so my incapacity benifit will contine ,the letter said i will be reviewed again in 5 years time .I am wondering ,though it said i will be reviwed again in 5 years the new reforms will be out next year 2009 so will i actually be reviewed next year ?I have been reading up on it i cant remember what its called i think its EMA (not sure ) it says about being assessed and going for work forcused interviews .

carlos700, you have an existing claim and (at the momement) these claims will continue as normall for an unspecified length of time.
Only people on new claims have to do EMA stuff. Eventually everyone will all be switched over but will remain on a protected rate to make sure you're not worse off. At the moment no one knows when this switch over starts.0
