So you were offered evening times, then?

The only reason I ask is that I was told earlier this month that they don't have any evening shifts at this stage.

I was asked last week if i wanted evenings or days too

yes they asked me to choose which hours would suit me wen they rang to tell me bot interviw. they canx me interview then rang back today to re schedule for next week.

does neone no if ur working 34 a week what u get after tax every two weeks and what about bonuses? how do they work?

i was interviewed at 5 today by Carol i think/? she said she will let me know next week sometime,i was asked to work 4-11pm but i tink the fact she said she will let me know, means not this time?

Well, now I'm a bit annoyed as I am really keen to start working for Teletech but was told 2 weeks ago that they are not offering evening hours. I've also left 2 messages for my recruiter and still do not have a reply.

I am starting on the 1st December too and I am looking forward to it. I don't have a clue as what, sales or customer services. I know I get inbound calls which is great and I work mon to fri wed 8.30 - 4 and then sat 8.30 - 6. They told me it would be 34 hours between those times. I just wish I had a better idea of exactly what times lol. I know its 4 - 6 hours on a sat.

Does anyone know how they work out the hours?

I think they will work the hours out on a rota system and yes we have to log into the class you should have received an email with the details
