How long on average do you have to wait between trials? any ideas? Just wondering if they have forgotten me as friends are onto item 2 or 3...

I signed up in November and have had one item to trial so far. I did however have a phonecall a few weeks ago to see if something was suitable for me, but it wasn't as DS has moved on from the character being offered!lol

just incase anyone hasn't recieved anything for a while may be worth asking publically on their facebook page.

i did this the other week............. got a rude phonecall off becky, a promise of a new allocation and .......... my comment (and everyone else who said the same) removed from the page.

surprise surprise tho confirmation email of allocation has never arrived and they are playing the "customer is thick" card and suggesting it could be in the 'junk mail' box......noooo you're just rubbish!!

anyone else think this 'company' has turned rude and untrustworthy since a year ago now they have a large following??

I was involved in this last week too. I have now been offered something too test. Strange that happend the very next day. I don't know how they work out the allocation but I dont think it works very well.
I'll have to see how it pans out for when my renewal is due.

I didn't bother renewing.

The bigger they have got, the worse they are and as for the screaming Mum's on facebook (what about ME, pick ME, I want to test that that and THAT, me me meeeeeeeeeeeee), I'd just had enough.

i agree people who ask for anything and everything going annoy me. i only get cross if its been 3 or more months with no contact!! the ruder they get the ruder i give back. ohhh and people who post saying "i need a car seat can i test one?"

i believe allocations work like this:
- have they a personal friend who would like it??
- is one if the board moderators children of an age to use it?
- has anyone complained recently
- offer it on bb board
- offer on fb
- 'randomly' allocate


complaints like this:
- claim you have not returned reviews
- say you have been allocated/ received items you haven't
- insist your email addy doesn't work
- tell you it must have gone in your spam folder
- discover a fault with their email server
- change their notification of alllocation process.

I haven't renewed this time. They are completely incompetant on the admin side. Its such a shame as it could in theory be so great but I find they just get more and more erractic in their behaviour.
I was another one who publicly complained of FB and get sent something after that to shut me up. The only reason I complained of FB is they kept putting as their status that ' you will recieve 3 or 4 products to test a year' which you clearly do not....they have now changed this to state you will receive at least 1 product that will exceed the £5 membership.
I also got annoyed at them continually promoting themselves to new members on FB while ignoring the complaints from the ones they have!
