Hi all,
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum - I'm new to this!
Just received an email from Bizziebaby - new baby website which is going to be up and running, register for £5 and testers and samples will be sent to you.
Its for parents 0 to 5 and expectant mums, so no use to me.
If anybody wants a look link is here http://www.bizziebaby.co.uk/index.asp

  • if they want you to test the products why are they charging you for this?

doesnt state what you will get for your fiver either other than 15% off thier prices....

will stick with Tesco Home Panels

    Thanks
  • Sorry, I was just putting it down for information - it may be useful to someone - as I said, I have no kids in the age range
  • Hi all,

I'm new to this, so I'll give it a go. I recently signed up to Bizziebaby (paying £5) after a friend recommended them. Last week I had an email telling me that I'd been selected to test a Tommee Tippee product, and it should be with me in the next couple of weeks. No idea what it is, but I'll keep you posted. I also just got their email newsletter, and it says they will be testing makeup, toothbrushes, maternity bras and hand care products soon.

Seems okay so far, but will wait and see if it is worth £5 for the year!

It looks like the australian version of the site has been going since 2007,and that doesn't look particularly well patronised.Save your money. They only have 142 members on the forum.

perhaps this should be on the warnings and rip-offs board.

I suspect this is a way of selling reviews to companies.

  • Hollydays, I am a new user. And I'm not telling anyone to go out and splash the cash. I just thought I would let you know that I was trying it out and give you feedback if/when I had some. I thought that listening to (okay, reading posts by!) others and posting was how new users got to be be more experienced. Maybe I shouldn't have bothered?

Don't mean to sound grumpy, but suddenly feel like everyone's pointing and laughing at the new girl.

I understand-but i have heard this sooo many times before.I hope you are right..
  • You might be right...we'll have to wait and see. Will post when (if?) I get my product or hear more. I probably should make it my mission to save £5 somewhere else now to balance my MSE karma! ;)

  • Dee - We all had to do our first posts on something ... *we're* just a naturally suspicious bunch on here sometimes lol.

Hi, just to let you know that I got my test products today. There was a bit of a delay in delivery, but I got 4 baby cups to test. Apparently (!) I have something else coming soon too. So, I guess the site does what it says on the tin, at least in my case.

  • I'm a member and I received a steriliser to test a few weeks back. All they asked was for me to fill in an online questionnaire after I'd used it a little while. They regularly email newsletters about whats on offer to be tested next and I'm patiently waiting for my next assignment!
