Can you use Mastercards in Australia

I am looking for 0% on purchases as I am going to Australia in the new year and note that all the best term ones appear to be Mastercards and not Visa. Does anyone know if these are accepted freely in Australia? Many thanks.

    Yes, Mastercard like Visa is accepted worldwide.
