Good rate on BT's *and* permanent low interest - which card?

Hi folks.
It's definitely time I changed my credit card, as I'm currently paying a whopping 14.9% interest on my HSBC card which I've had for years.
Next month I'll have approximately £2000 outstanding, which I'd like to transfer to a new card - but I also want the new card to totally replace my old HSBC one, so it needs to have a good, permanent low interest rate as well.
So my question is, although there are lists on this site which show cards with the best BT deal and cards with permanently low interest rates, which cards offer the best deal on *both* at the same time?
Apologies if this information is already stated clearly elsewhere, I'm afraid I couldn't see it!
