I recently converted my Route 15 RBS account, to the Revolve account. About 3 weeks ago, I received the welcome pack, yet I still have not yet received my card.
Roughly, how long do they take to arrive, and should I do some serious checking up for the card?

not 3 weeks 5-7 days is the norm, i would ring them now and tell them.

what is the phone number for RBS.... as there is loads of phone numbers. Don't know which one to phone ?

on that line... it asks for a customer number?
I cannot find this anywhere?

Try not entering your customer number and wait to transfer to an operator if that don't work try your local branch.

see the problem is, I was about 7 when this account was first set up, so it was the days on the cash club when I joined, so I had no identification features set up, so tbh, no way of identifying it is me on the phone.

Still no sign of the card, and the welcome pack arrived on Oct 28th, so should have had the card by now. Is it worth while popping down to my local branch?
